Tour of the Château Cheval Blanc winery as part of the LVMH Journées Particulières 13 October 2026

As part of the “Journées Particulières” event from October 16 to 18, 2026, LVMH will open the doors to the Château Cheval Blanc wine cellar, designed by Christian de Portzamparc at the request of Bernard Arnault.

In the Saint-Émilion vineyards, amid rows of straight-lined vines, the building extends the 19th-century château in a series of curved sails that seem to emerge from the earth, becoming a hill, a promontory, and a lookout point.

Here, where one of the world’s greatest wines is crafted, the 6,500 m² winemaking facility houses curved, jar-shaped vats. This organic geometry resonates with the sculptural curves of the winery.
