On 27 and 28 October 2026, Rex Bombardelli, Associate Director, gave several talks in Beijing on innovation and contemporary issues in architecture:
27 October – China National Convention Centre (CNCC)
As part of the Facade LAB, Rex Bombardelli spoke at the CADE & Curtain Wall 20 Questions – Master Forum, which focused on the challenges of design, innovation and performance in façades. His talk took place in an iconic venue designed by 2Portzamparc.
28 October – Capital International Exhibition Centre, Beijing
As part of CADE 2026 – The Future of Building, he delivered a second lecture focusing on new perspectives in architecture and developments in the construction sector.
These were two opportunities to share 2Portzamparc’s vision and engage with the international community on the technical, aesthetic and environmental challenges of contemporary projects, and the role of façades in the identity and performance of buildings.
