This major project commissioned by the Lyon metropolitan area for the future Part-Dieu district aims to make this city center space an international benchmark in terms of urban innovation, quality and economic performance. The first major mixed development with a predominantly residential focus, the Desaix block is more than an urban experiment and is intended as a model city for the future.

A vibrant ground floor featuring retail spaces, a daycare center, and the entrance to the residential units. The B1 City section with nomadic housing, B1 Sky with high-end freehold housing, and the B2 section with freehold housing. Green terraces (on the first and second floors), a rooftop with a swimming pool on the B2 level, and an indoor pool on the third floor accessible from the B1 level, for residents of the nomadic housing
