Christian de Portzamparc is an architect and urbanist. Winner of the Pritzker prize in 1994, he received in Tokyo the Praemium Imperiale, equivalent of the Nobel of Arts. On the TV set of Paris Direct, he explains how architecture is an art, a “public and discussed art”.
